MSW Contracting, LLC recently finished a Chandler roof repair project for a new tile roof underlayment install

The Chandler, Arizona home was built in 1992 it had the original tile roof and underlayment. The underlayment was curling and cracking throughout. Our roof company in Chandler, Arizona initiated the project by removing and stacking the existing roof tiles on the roof.

This roof had asphalt shingles around the AC units which got replaced with Malarkey Highlander dimensional shingles.
