MSW Contracting, LLC, roofers in Scottsdale recently finished a commercial foam roof coating at the Airpark in Scottsdale, AZ.
The existing foam roof was in good condition but the top coating was cracking and peeling over most of the roof. Our roofers in Scottsdale completely cleaned the roof and installed new wood supports for the AC condensers. All the cracks and holes in the roof were repaired with Elastomeric putty and membrane. After all the roof repairs in Scottsdale were done the entire roof was recoated with Premium white Elastomeric roof coating.
