The old foam roof was leaking throughout the building complex, the foam was blistered with bubbles and delaminating. In the past the roof had been repaired and recoated multiple times. The previous time it was coated the contractor used a Silicone based roof coating over a poor roof.
MSW roof company in Mesa Arizona commenced the new commercial foam roof installation to replace the failing roofing. Multiple areas had to be completely removed including the entire laundry and hair salon. All the silicone coating had to be scarified*.
