MSW Contracting LLC recently completed a commercial foam roof replacement in Phoenix Arizona at Food City.

The commercial roof on this Food City building was in poor condition. The foam on parapet walls was completely deteriorated from the lack of maintenance over the years.

The commercial roof replacement in Phoenix AZ began when our roofers started off by scraping all the old foam off the parapet walls and cleaning the entire roof surface.

All the parapet walls received a new layer of ArmorCoat premium roofing foam to create a waterproof seal.

All the low areas on the roof were raised with ArmorCoat premium roofing foam to help with ponding water. The entire roof was worked over and all cracks and holes in the existing foam roof were repaired.

After all the prep work was completed we applied ArmorCoat AC100 premium white elastomeric roof coating to protect the building for many years to come, completing the commercial foam roof replacement in Phoenix Arizona at Food City
