This customer had multiple leaks in their roof. The Chandler AZ home was about 25 years old and the builders grade underlayment was failing. Our Chandler roofing company stacked the tiles out of the way so we could install 2 layers of Malarkey UDL40 40# underlayment. Before the new Underlayment was installed, we replaced the rotten roof decking where the roof was leaking. Now the customer has a worry-free roof on their home that will last 40 + years.
