MSW Contracting, LLC Arizona Roof Company recently installed a new flat roof in Sun Lakes, AZ.
The original roof membrane was failing, causing leaks in the patio cover ceiling. Our Sun Lakes roof company removed the original roofing materials and disposed of it. Our roofers then removed the bottom row of roof tiles at the transition between the tile and flat roofs.
New metal drip edge if was installed. Our Roofers in Sun Lakes, AZ used 2 layer self-adhering flat roof system. The base was installed followed by the cap sheet. To finish off the project MSW reinstalled the roof tiles.
