For this Mesa roof repair project, we had an old built-up roof that was failing. You’ll see in the pictures the green arrows are pointing to tree debris. The blue arrows are pointing to wrinkles in the old roofing materials and the red arrows are pointing to cracks in the roof material.

MSW Mesa roof company completely removed the old roof layers and cleaned the roof deck of all dirt and debris. We installed 2 passes of our premium polyurethane roofing foam to form a seamless roof. Finally we coated all the new foam with 2 coats of ArmorCoat AC 100 roof coating to protect the foam for the harmful UV rays from the sun.
