MSW roofers proceeded with the tile roof repair in Chandler AZ. We removed and stacked the existing tile. The rotten wood was located, removed and replaced. We installed new 40 # underlayment system with all new wood battens and flashings. After the underlayment was installed we reinstalled the roof tiles.
