Our Scottsdale roofing company began the new foam roof install by removing the very old Built Up roof system on this home in Scottsdale Az. The entire roof failing. After the old roof was removed and disposed of our Scottsdale roofers started to rebuild.
The rotten wood decking was cut out and replaced. The roof deck was cleaned of dirt and debris. Our roofers in Scottsdale installed a new seamless polyurethane roofing foam system to the entire home a total of 1” of new foam. Finally our Scottsdale roof company covered all the new foam with ArmorCoat AC100 premium white Elastomeric for a cool reflective finish to the roof.
