MSW Contracting LLC recently completed a Scottsdale AZ Foam Roof Repair and Coating project. A customer of ours bought a new home with several roof issues. The existing foam was bubbling and severely cracked throughout and was in need of repair and recoating by roofers in Scottsdale
Our Scottsdale foam roof crew cleaned the entire roof of all dirt and debris and got to work with the roof repairs. All the bubbles were cut out and refilled with new polyurethane roofing foam. All the cracks, splits and holes were repaired with putty and membrane.
MSW’s Scottsdale roofers applied some new polyurethane roofing foam to the low areas in the roof that was holding water. After all the repairs were completed we coated the entire foam roof with AC100 premium tan Elastomeric roof coating. Now this roof will be trouble free for many years.
This repair was completed following prolonged heat exposure and seasonal moisture conditions in Scottsdale, where repeated rain events can accelerate deterioration in foam roofing systems.
