MSW Contracting Scottsdale roofers recently implemented a foam roof repair and coating for an older roof that was being prepped for solar panels to be installed on their residential home.
The customer wanted to make sure the roof was going to be in great shape before the solar was installed and turned to the best roofers in Scottsdale to repair their foam roof.
MSW’s Scottsdale Arizona roofer began the project by cleaning the roof of all dirt and debris. We then added polyurethane roofing foam to all the low areas to help the water drain off the roof better. Our Scottsdale roofers then repaired any cracks, splits or holes in the existing foam. After all the roof repairs were completed we applied Armor Coatings AC100 premium white Elastomeric roof coating to protect the foam for many years.
