The foam was failing causing leaks all over the home. Our Scottsdale roofing company started by completely removing all the old roof layers and disposing of them.
Our roofers in Scottsdale prepared the roof deck for the new foam roof, replacing all rotten and bad plywood. After all the prep was done, we applied 2 passes of premium polyurethane roofing foam followed by 2 coats of ArmorCoat AC100 premium white elastomeric roof coating.
