MSW Contracting, LLC recently completed a tile underlayment replacement in Chandler AZ for Mosaic Gardens Retirement Community.

The original roof was installed around 25 years ago and had multiple leaks throughout the complex. Our roofers began the tile roof damage repair in Chandler AZ by removing and stacking the concrete roof tiles to allow access to the underlayment. The wood battens and existing underlayment was stripped and disposed of.

Our expert roofers in Chandler AZ then installed OmniSeal 430 base and cap sheet at all dead valleys. All the metal valleys got replaced with 3 layers of UDL 40# underlayment underneath.

Next our Chandler Arizona roofers installed 2 layers of UDL40# underlayment to the entire roof along with new 1×2 wood battens secured in place.

After this was completed team MSW reinstalled and set the original roof tiles on the roof and secured them with the recommended fasteners.
